 Remarks:

1、The Chinese and English intels 2(double-opening booths) and standard booths include 3-facet coaming (2 consecutive booths, the intermediate bulkhead is dismantled), 1 table and 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, carpet, 220v power socket;

2、Bare booth only provides corresponding field, excluding any ancillary facilities, if necessary, such mating facilities shall be rented;

3、Project promotion meeting: RMB10000/2hours, the organization committee provides field, site, sound equipment, lamps, tables and chairs and ancillary facilities, and invites relevant professionals to attend. (If additional hours are needed under special circumstances, please apply to organization committee in advance) please send the content summary to host unit in advance.

Exhibition Procedures:

1、  All exhibitors shall e-mail the exhibition application form, after receipt of application form; the organization committee shall send the detailed Exhibitor Brochure. In order to keep the overall image of the exhibition, the host unit reserves the rights to negotiate with exhibitors and finally adjust the booths.

2、  Exhibitors are supposed to pay 50% of exhibition fees as deposit within a week after enrollment, while the residual 50% must be paid off prior to 25^th Sept 2013. Otherwise, booths will not be reserved.  

3、  Exhibitor Brochure is an important exhibition document, its content includes exhibit transportation, installation and charging of water and electricity, meeting arrangement (accommodation, transportation, place and date of registration), article rent, corporate promotional materials (publication production and advertisement). Exhibitors are supposed to read carefully.
